What Is the 3rd Trimester?

The 3rd Trimester is the final academic intake of the year for trimester-based programmes, primarily focusing on Engineering (NATED Report 191 programmes).

These trimesters offer flexible entry points throughout the year and are especially useful for students who want to fast-track their studies or catch up on missed opportunities earlier in the year.

The 3rd Trimester in TVET Colleges begins around September and runs until November. It's a relatively short academic period, usually lasting around three months, but it's intensive and ideal for students committed to progressing quickly.
