Courses Available for Trimester 3 for the 2025 academic year 

Goldfields TVET College is now accepting applications for various engineering programmes offered during the third trimester. These National Certificate (N) courses are ideal for students who are eager to gain technical knowledge and move quickly into the workforce or further study.

Here are the courses open for the 2025 third trimester intake at Goldfields TVET College:

• Boiler Making (N2–N4)
• Electrical Engineering (N2–N6)
• Civil Engineering (N2–N4)
• Mechanical Engineering (N2–N6)

Admission Requirements for Engineering Courses

To ensure that students are adequately prepared for the coursework, each level has specific entry requirements:

• N2: Applicants must have successfully completed Grade 11.
• N3: Requires a pass in N2.
• N4: You need N3, Grade 12 with Mathematics, Technical Grade 12, or NCV Level 4.
• N5: Requires a pass in N4.
• N6: Requires a pass in N5.
