Majuba TVET College in partnership with various SETA’s has Bursary opportunities for the 2024 Academic Year. Interested and qualifying students have until the 14th of February 2024 to submit their applications.

About Majuba TVET College bursary

MajubA TVET College Bursary Programme aims to help alleviate financial barriers that prevent individuals from pursuing higher education, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. By covering costs like tuition, books, and even accommodation, the programme aims to make TVET education more accessible to a wider range of students.

FIELD OF STUDY

The bursary programme is open to students who are pursuing an undergraduate qualification in the following fields: 

• Financial Management N4/N5
• Human Resource Management N4/N5
• Management Assistant N4/N5
• Chemical Engineering N3/N4
• Electrical Engineering N2/N3/N4
• Mechanical Engineering N2/N3/N4

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MAJUBA TVET COLLEGE BURSARY

To qualify for the Majuba TVET College Bursary you must meet the following requirements:

• Must be a South African citizen
• Must be studying or registered to study at Majuba TVET College 
• Must be studying or registered to study one of the above mentioned courses
• Must not be funded by NSFAS or any other bursars

MAJUBA TVET COLLEGE BURSARY COVERS:

• Tuition
• Books
• Accommodation or transport allowance
• Meal allowance where applicable

MAJUBA TVET COLLEGE BURSARY REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

• Certified ID Copy of applicant
• Proof of registration at Majuba TVET College for the 2024 academic year
• Certified copy of highest qualification
• Proof of income (parent payslip if >R350 000)
• Proof of NSFAS rejection where applicable
