Founded in 2010, Tsiku Consulting is a South African company that operates across a number of sectors. It is an entirely Black-owned company that provides a variety of goods and services to agricultural and rural communities, water and energy sector, food and beverage sector, and the security industry sector. Tsiku Consulting operates throughout the country and specialize on a number of segments which includes Technical Services, Project Management, Skills and Capacity Building, and Infrastructure and Input Supply Services.

ABOUT THE TSIKU CONSULTING AND NSF GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMMES

The Tsiku Consulting Graduate Development Trainee programmes are perfect for individuals who want to launch a career as an electrician plumber or business professionals. The programme seeks individuals who are enthusiastic, willing to learn, and dedicated to developing their craft. Through these programmes successful candidates  will gain practical experience, be mentored, and have the opportunity to work on actual projects with the team’s expertise for a period of 24 months and also earn a stipend. 

Graduate internships stipend: R6 000

WIL: In-service Training: stipend: R5 500

WIL: In-service Training 

• Qualified Plumbers

• Business Studies Graduates
  
   

TSIKU CONSULTING AND NSF GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMMES REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify for the Tsiku Consulting and NSF Graduate Development Trainee programme, you need to meet the following requirements:

• You must be a South African Citizen
• You must be unemployed
• You must between 18-35 years old
• For the WIL: In-service Training, You must have completed a tertiary qualification from a registered institution with the Department of Higher Education and Training.
• For the Graduate internship, You must have completed the theoretical part of  your tertiary qualification from a registered institution with the Department of Higher Education and Training and need practical training to graduate
• You must have no formal experience in the field 
• You must have no prior internship experience
• Preference will be given to those residing in Gauteng, North West, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Free State.

• Certified copy of your ID
• Certified copy of your matric certificate
• Certified copy of your academic records and copy of highest qualification
